About shipping and shipping

Japan Post

The shipping fee is 800 yen if it is less than 1 kg.

Free shipping on purchases over 5,000 yen.

We will ship by Yu-Pack or Letter Pack Plus.
Delivery will be given face-to-face and will be stamped or signed.
* Depending on the delivery area (Hokkaido, remote islands, etc.) and the size of the purchased product, you can use Letter Pack Plus or regular mail non-standard-size cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery

Please pay the product price + shipping fee + cash on delivery fee when you receive the product.

About returns

Return deadline

It will be within 7 days from the date of arrival of the item.
After that, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange requests.

Return shipping

In the unlikely event that the item is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from your order, we will bear the return shipping fee.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee if the item is returned due to customer's convenience, such as an incorrect order or a feeling different from what was expected. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the handling fee for refunding. Defective product
